A whole month of Harvest!

Our Harvest month comes to an end next Sunday 27th with an evening service:

Sun 27th Sept 6pm Stagsden Harvest service in St Leonard’s Church. (This is not a communion service.)

Harvest gifts of tins, packets etc will be given to the Food Bank. Everyone is welcome.

There is still time to Share a Harvest Meal – ask someone to join you and share a meal together in your garden. Please be aware of the new guidelines: no more than 6 people can meet inside or outside. If you’re not sure who to invite, or are not able to host but would like to be involved, please contact one of the clergy for ideas.

The Church Electoral Roll…is a list of people who consider themselves members of their local church, are baptised and live in the parish or worship here regularly. The ERs for the churches in our benefice are being updated ahead of the Annual Church meetings in Oct. If you are not on the ER of your church but would like to be, contact Sarah our administrator.

The updated ER for Bromham is now displayed in the church porch.

Annual Parochial Church Meetings (APCMs) are being held for each church as follows:

St Owen’s

Sun Oct 4th

11.30am on Zoom

St Mary’s

Weds Oct 14th

7pm in church

St Leonard’s

Tues Oct 20th

2.30pm in church

The link for St Owen’s APCM by Zoom will be available on the website, and emailed to those on the ER.

Please come and be part of the annual meeting for your church. All 3 PCCs have space for more members – is this something you could offer? Talk to an existing member or a churchwarden for more information.

Home Communion

If you are unable to come to church for communion and would like to receive it at home, please phone Catherine or Di to consider how this can be done safely.

Church opening times

Now that we are holding services in the churches again, opening for private prayer will no longer happen. Thank you to all the volunteers who have welcomed visitors during this time.
